Joe Killpack co-founder of New Peak Homes. He graduated from Green River High School in 2003 and perused an athletic career in football at Utah State University and later transferred to the University of Wyoming to continue his career in 2006. He Graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Business Administration in 2012. Joe currently serves as CEO and the Senior Sales Executive of New Peak Construction Company and Managing Partner of New Peak Land Development. He also served as a member and the Vice-Chair on the City of Green River, Wyoming Planning and Zoning Commission and is a board member of the Joint Powers and Water Board. In 2013 Joe left the construction company to work for Icon Health and Fitness as an Account Manager. He managed accounts totaling over $40,000,000.00 across the Mid-West to the East Coast. He presented and sold company products, managed marketing budgets, prepared business plans, action plans, presentations, and sales contracts with buyers for Scheels, MC Sports, Dunham’s, Academy Sports and Outdoors, Staples, Kohl’s, and many more. Joe is a devoted member of his church and served a full-time LDS Mission in Tijuana, Mexico from 2003-2005. During this time, he was able to learn the Spanish language and is able to communicate fluently. Upon the return of service for his church, he was reacquainted with his best friend Stacie. In 2007 Joe and Stacie were married and have been blessed with 4 beautiful children, Jacksen, Lillie, Kambree , and Tucker. He enjoys spending his free time with is children golfing, playing catch, and just about anything his kids and his wife love to do .
Jared Killpack co-founded New Peak Construction Company with his brother Joe in 2008 and co-founded New Peak Land Development in 2015. He moved from Green River to Laramie in 2005 to pursue a degree in Business Administration and to play football for the University of Wyoming. In addition to managing all projects in Laramie and Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Jared serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for New Peak Construction Company. Jared has more than 13 years of construction experience and is a licensed realtor in the State of Wyoming. He loves working in the field with the crews and strives for a positive work environment. His success is based on working very closely with his Clients and his Service Providers. His understanding of the construction process has allowed him to develop project management tools used between multiple markets. Before Devoting his work full time to New Peak Construction Co. Jared served a two-year LDS mission to the people of Northern Guatemala where he became fluent in both Spanish and a Mayan dialect called “K’ekchi’”. His ability to communicate with others is invaluable to those he serves.
Jared is a proud graduate of The University of Wyoming with a degree in Business Administration. During his undergraduate studies, he found his sweet heart Danielle and was married in 2006. They are blessed to have two very smart and fun boys. Jared is a Wyoming native and is passionate about engaging in positive economic growth for the Mountain States.
Nathan was named the Chief Financial Officer of New Peak Construction Company in January of 2017. He is responsible for the financial management of the company. Prior to being named CFO, Nathan was an Assistant Vice President of ANB Bank in Laramie Wyoming. Nathan began his professional career in the financial services industry in 2003. He had worked his way through the banking industry starting as a teller to eventually becoming an assistant vice president. Throughout the time he spent working in the banking industry, he continued to peruse his education graduating in 2010 from the University of Wyoming with his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a Minor in Banking and Financial Services.
Nathan married his wife Brynn nearly 15 years ago and is proud of his 4 children. He loved his time running track at Utah State University and hopes to pass along his love of sports to his children. He has been active in a wide variety of volunteer activities within the communities he has lived in. He has been a Boy Scout leader, a youth basketball, a soccer coach, and officiates basketball and football games. He has also volunteers with non-profit organizations such as the Kiwanis of Laramie, the Laramie Soup Kitchen and a variety of the organizations within the Laramie Chamber Business Alliance. Nathan is currently serving on the board of directors for the Laramie Soup Kitchen and is a former board treasurer.
